I cannot say enough good things about Brice with Pinnacle Private Investigations and the help they have provided me with my case.
For the past eight months, I have been dealing with someone who owes me thousands of dollars. Since June, I had been actively trying to get him served, working with sheriff’s departments, constables, and multiple process servers. Despite numerous attempts, he went to extraordinary lengths to avoid being served—hiding, leaving locations, and having people around him claim he wasn’t there when I knew he was.
After months of frustration, I hired Pinnacle Private Investigations. Within just two days, they were able to locate and get him served. After everything I had gone through that summer, I honestly couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to accomplish what so many others had been unable to do.
Their professionalism, persistence, and ability to get results made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier for me. I am truly and forever grateful for the work they did.
If you find yourself in a difficult or complicated situation where you need a private investigator, I highly recommend Pinnacle Private Investigations. They didn’t just tell me they could help—they delivered.
Thank you, Brice , for helping me finally get this chapter moving forward!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Pinnacle Private Investigations.
After spending hundreds of dollars and more than a year trying to get custody paperwork served through the Tarrant County Constables Office—with absolutely no progress—I felt completely stuck. It was an endless, exhausting cycle with no results in sight. Frustrated doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt. Then Brice stepped in and accomplished in two days what I hadn’t been able to get done in over a year. Two days.
He was responsive, straightforward, and kept me updated every step of the way. No runaround, no excuses—just results. What really stood out to me was how professional and calm he was throughout the entire process. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing.
If you’re stressed and need someone who will actually get it done, call Brice. He completely turned our situation around. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to use Pinnacle Private Investigations again.

This man has been the angle God sent to help me get a summons for my divorce served and believe me it was the most difficult thing to do was to catch him and serve him. After going thru 3 other services and lots of money this man Brice Humphries was amazing never given up on me and finally he caught him. I owe him and his family more then all the money in this world. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs someone found served etc. May God bless him and his family a million times.

I needed urgent investigative services in the Fort Worth area, and Brice delivered exactly what I needed — fast. He was professional, responsive, and provided clear, concise information without any unnecessary extras. I really appreciated how efficient and respectful he was with my time. The pricing was more than fair, especially given the speed and quality of the results. If you’re looking for a reliable private investigator in Fort Worth, this is the first place I’d recommend.

When you need to get an evasive individual located and served, you need a company with the right skill set. I too am a private investigator (in Florida) and in my experience, I know that hiring a licensed private investigator and a process server in one is the key to successfully serve an 'avoider' / 'evasive' individual. So I hired Pinnacle Investigations / Court Serve by Pinnacle for a messy case.
For over a year, numerous process servers before me had failed to serve a very evasive individual. Even I was duped. The subject aggressively denied his identity to me in South Florida just a few days before and then fled to Texas, I assume to lay low. I tracked him down anyway. Because this case was tricky, I knew I had to take a different approach. I trusted Pinnacle to understand the strategic and calculating mindset needed to outsmart someone who was actively hiding. And they did outsmart him.
Despite giving them very little notice and only two "maybe" addresses, they delivered results that went far beyond my expectations. They reached out within a few hours and, true to my expectations, their team kept at it, took charge, and found a way to get the job done. They successfully served the avoider in less than 12 hours and I could not be happier. It was a relief. Case closed!
Pinnacle Private Investigations and Court Serve by Pinnacle are not your average private investigation and process serving company. For simple or complicated serves, their unique skills are exactly what you need on your side. If I lived in Texas I would work with them all the time. I trusted them and they delivered. I cannot recommend them enough.
